Spearheading the food and beverage at the Club is world-renowned chef Charlie Palmer, who brings his signature progressive American cuisine to the menu. The Club features two main dining facilities, including fine dining at the Stirling Room and more casual fare in the Verandah Room. The intimate Twenty Eight Club, a private wine club within the Stirling Club, boasts additional dining options complete with individual private wine lockers for memebers and monthly winemakers dinners.
